Dominic sat as a Legal Assessor to the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales from 2005 – 2018.

From 2010 – 2024, Dominic sat as an Adjudicator of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. He is a former Chair of the Solicitors Compensation Fund. Dominic has also advised the disciplinary panel of the Actuarial Profession and other professions.

Drawing on his experience as an arbitrator and his experience of regulated professional ethics, Dominic convenes and teaches a module in the School of Law, Queen Mary, University of London called ‘Ethics in International Arbitration’.
