Christopher Newmark
Chris is increasingly busy as a commercial arbitrator. He has sat as chairman, party appointed and sole arbitrator in LCIA cases and as chairman and party appointed arbitrator in ICC cases. He has also been appointed as an arbitrator by Sport Resolutions UK and by CEDR and has received a joint appointment in an ad hoc arbitration.
Chris is one of CEDR Solve's Direct Group of experienced lead mediators. His mediations have covered a very broad range of commercial disputes.
